Who We Are

Daniel Chase Advisory ("DCA", "we", "us") operates danielchaseadvisory.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. Questions can go to report@danielchaseadvisory.com.

Data Collection Policy: What We Collect

Information you give us directly:

  • Contact form: name, email address, organization, area of interest, and the content of your message.
  • Government buyer inquiry form: name, email, organization or agency, role, set-aside or contracting details you choose to share, and your requirement description.
  • Insights topic requests: the topic you suggest and, if you provide it, your name and email so we can follow up.
  • Advisory Hub access: the access credential you enter to open the password-protected partner area.

Information collected automatically:

  • Limited technical data such as IP address, request timestamps, browser type, and referring page, used for security, spam prevention, and submission rate limiting.
  • Basic aggregate usage data about which pages are visited, used to improve the site. We do not use advertising trackers or sell audience data.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal data (health, financial account numbers, government identifiers). Please do not include them in form submissions.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries and continue a business conversation you started.
  • To evaluate and respond to procurement, teaming, and capability requests.
  • To send newsletters or research editions you asked to receive, and to plan future topics.
  • To protect the site from spam, abuse, and automated submissions.
  • To meet legal, contractual, and recordkeeping obligations.

We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure business website, as the basis for this processing.

How We Store and Protect It

Form submissions are stored in our managed backend database with access restricted to authorized Daniel Chase Advisory personnel. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and protected by row-level access controls. We retain inquiry records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, our ongoing business relationship, and any legal retention requirement, then delete or anonymize them.

Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf, such as our website hosting and database platform and our email delivery provider, and only to the extent needed to operate this site and respond to you. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work, principally a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in to the password-protected Advisory Hub. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, though the Advisory Hub will not stay unlocked without them.

Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also ask us to stop sending you newsletters at any time, using the unsubscribe instruction in the message or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law. Email report@danielchaseadvisory.com and we will respond within a reasonable period, and within any timeframe the law requires.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

Links to Other Sites

Our site links to third-party websites and documents that we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review them.
